“Let Them” — The Two Words That Set You Free

.There are pieces of advice that feel like a whisper—gentle, quiet, easily dismissed. And then there are the ones that walk into the room, flip on the lights, and rearrange your whole mindset.
Mel Robbins’ “Let Them” theory did exactly that for me.
It’s bold. It’s freeing. And it’s so simple.
Let them.
Let them not invite you.
Let them misread you.
Let them talk.
Let them scroll past, look confused, or raise an eyebrow.
Let them live in their version of you—because you’re living in the truth of who you really are.
This isn’t about giving up or giving in. It’s about giving it to God.
Letting go of the weight of others’ opinions so you can rise into the woman or man you were called to be.
And believe me, I know the pull. I work with people every day who are striving—working hard, showing up, hoping to be seen, heard, and understood. And sometimes? They aren’t. But that doesn’t mean they’re not worthy.
So if you’re feeling unseen, underestimated, or misunderstood—let them
And you? You keep going.
You say?
Let ME—cheer myself on.
Let ME—remind myself of my worth.
Let ME—walk beside anyone who needs me, as I chase the life God designed just for me.
“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
—Exodus 14:14
Let them talk.
Let Him lead.
Let your soul rest in knowing—you’re exactly where you need to be.
With heart,
